Refund Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
30-day money-back guarantee. If Mona Lisa isn’t right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full.
1. Eligibility
You may request a full refund of a subscription payment within 30 days of the date of that payment. This applies both to your first purchase and to an automatic renewal charge.
2. How to request a refund
Because our order process is handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, refunds are issued through Paddle. To request one, either:
- Use the receipt email Paddle sent you at purchase — it contains a link to manage your order and request a refund; or
- Contact us at the address below and we’ll arrange it with Paddle for you.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider, typically a few business days.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the management link in your Paddle receipt email. When you cancel, your protection remains active until the end of the current paid period; you are not charged again. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period, but a renewal charge is refundable within the 14-day window above.
4. After a refund
Once a subscription is refunded, the associated Mac is no longer licensed and protection will stop running on it (the App remains free to set up and re-subscribe at any time).
